Photographic Evidence of Service

Whenever possible, our process servers obtain high resolution digital images of the served party and/or location at the time of service of process. The time and date are clearly stamped directly on the image, which is then emailed to our client in JPG format at no additional charge. This provides additional court admissible evidence that the document was successfully served.

For a nominal charge, we will also print the image on photo quality paper, and include it with the return of service at the time of mailing.

Identification photographs are just one of the initiatives we take to hold our work and accountability to a higher standard.
